I don't live nearby. How can I get the parts I need?
We are more than happy to ship your parts to you. Just give us a call, talk to one of our friendly parts people, place your order and we'll ship them to you. If the parts are in-stock, they will probably ship the very same day. If they're not in stock, we'll order them for you and send them right on their way.

How do I order parts for my vehicle?
If you know exactly what you're looking for, you can either email us at
tproducts@hotmail.com or call us at 800-642-0644. Our parts people are knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help you find the right part for your vehicle. If you're not entirely sure about your part, go ahead and call. We'll do our best to help you find what you're looking for.

What if I'm not sure about the part I need?
Our helpful counter staff wants to make sure you get the right part. If you have a general idea, but need to clarify it a bit, call us and we'll do our best to help you. We've even had customers text, fax or email us pictures of what they're looking for to help us get the right part for you.

I'm not very mechanical. Will you rebuild my transmission for me?
We searched far and wide to find the best rebuild techs we can locate. It will be our pleasure to rebuild your unit for you. You can bring in your vehicle and we'll remove, rebuild and install your transmission, or you can just bring in the transmission itself and we'll rebuild it for you. Whatever works best for your needs.

Do I have to remove the transmission from my vehicle and bring it to you to rebuild, or can I leave it in my vehicle?
You can do it either way. Leaving it in the vehicle will probably result in more labor costs, but we are here to serve you and happy to do it.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST). We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and most major Holidays.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes we do. Specific warranty details can be obtained from our Service Counter. Warranties will vary depending on your vehicle and the services we provide for it.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Of course we will accept cash, but we also accept Visa and MasterCard. If you are a Resale Customer, you can even apply for 30 day Net terms.

Do you only work with automotive repair places, or can the general public buy from you too?
We are happy to offer parts to anyone who needs them, be they a professional mechanic shop, or a backyard mechanic. Give us a call, we're happy to help.

Do you only offer parts for cars and trucks, or do you have parts for other kinds of vehicles?
It's our pleasure to offer parts for your car, truck, van, dune buggy, forklift, boat, recreational vehicle or industrial vehicle. If we don't have it, we'll point you in the right direction.
